FAQ
Do I need a driving licence? Is there an age limit?
No licence is needed. However, riders under 16 are prohibited by law. At pickup, please show a photo ID confirming the rider's age.
Do I need a helmet?
Not legally mandatory, but strongly recommended. We lend helmets for free and ask you to wear one for your safety.
Can I return the scooter to a different location?
Yes. Just choose your return location when booking — one-way drop-off costs nothing extra.
How do I pay?
By credit card, online and in advance. If payment is not completed within 15 minutes of booking, the reservation is automatically cancelled to release the inventory.
Can I cancel? What if it rains?
Cancellation is free until the day before your rental (full refund). On the day itself 100% of the rental fee applies — but in bad weather (rain, snow, etc.) or when a weather warning is issued for Tokoname, same-day cancellation is free too.
How do points work?
Sign up for free membership and earn about 1% of your spend in points (awarded at the end of the month after pickup). 100 pt = ¥100, usable in units of 100 pt on your next booking.
