Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply to booking cancellations.
Article 1 (Scope)
This policy applies to cancellations of bookings for the CHEETAGO e-kickboard rental service provided by CCN Co., Ltd.
Article 2 (Cancellation fees)

| On the day of your rental | 100% of the rental fee (no refund) |
Article 3 (Bad weather / weather warnings)
In case of rain, snow or hail, or when a weather warning (typhoon, etc.) is in effect for Tokoname City, you may cancel free of charge even on the day (full refund).
Article 4 (Refunds)
Refunds are issued to the credit card used for payment and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your card issuer.
Article 5 (How to cancel)
Contact us via the inquiry form or by phone to your pickup station, quoting your reservation number.
