In using the CHEETAGO e-kickboard rental service provided by CCN Co., Ltd. and renting a specified small motorized vehicle, I pledge to strictly observe the following.
I meet the legal age requirement of 16 years or older for operating a specified small motorized vehicle.
Providing a specified small motorized vehicle to persons under 16 (lending, giving, transferring, etc.) is prohibited by law. I pledge not to lend or sublease the rented vehicle to anyone else.
I pledge never to ride after drinking alcohol and to always ride safely.
I have reviewed the traffic rules for specified small motorized vehicles (e-kickboards, etc.) published by the National Police Agency, and I pledge to observe all traffic regulations when riding. (Please be sure to review the rules above.)
I understand that failure to comply with the above may result in legal liability and penalties.
I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Renting an e-kickboard to persons under 16 is prohibited by law. At pickup, please present the rider's own photo ID verifying age 16 or over. (If it cannot be presented, we will refuse to hand over the vehicle and the cancellation fee will apply.)
Bookings are not available for those under 16.
